Include your name and unit number.  If a vehicle, include the vehicle license plate number.

For us to better our customer service, please also include a reason for moving out.

If able, email us a photo of the empty and clean Unit/Space at independentrentalak@gmail.com.  

Remember to take your lock with you!  This will help you avoid an additional Lock Cut Fee ($35.00).

Once notified and confirmed, we will remove you from the system.
